PrintKarr online document printing is operated by PrintKarr Technologies Private Limited, based in Vapi. Self-service kiosks are planned; no public kiosk pickup address has been announced.

Print jobs and delivery

You confirm you have the right to print the file you upload. Review your PDF, page range, copies, colour, sides and delivery details before placing the order. Online ordering is available any time; delivery availability and slots are shown in checkout. For a time-sensitive document or college address, confirm arrangements before paying.

Files and account access

Uploaded files are stored to process your order and supplied to the authorized print workflow. Eligible order files are removed after delivered, refunded or cancelled status and the configured retention period. Keep your original document; PrintKarr is not a permanent file archive. Read our privacy information.

Payments, wallet and refunds

Pay with Razorpay or your funded wallet. School / college delivery is ₹5 flat; other available delivery has no extra charge. No processing, late-night or demand fees apply. Review printing, items and delivery in the final quote. Wallet bonus credit is non-withdrawable and usable only on PrintKarr orders; offer eligibility and expiry rules apply. Where available, use the cancellation action in your account before printing or dispatch. Wallet-paid purchases can be cancelled at the eligible order stage and refunded to the wallet; For online payment refunds, hardware failures, incorrect prints or delivery issues, contact support with the order number so the team can check eligibility and the appropriate refund process. Refund timing depends on the payment provider; do not assume a refund has completed until confirmed.
