🪪 Visiting Card Production & Return Policy

• 📤 Design Submission:
  Customers can either send their own design or request us to create one.

• 🎨 Design Creation (if requested):
  If you would like us to design the visiting card, it will take 1–2 business days to create and finalize the design after gathering all necessary details.

• 📝 Proof Approval:
  A digital proof will be sent to the customer for approval after we receive the final design (whether provided by the customer or created by us).
  Printing will only begin after the customer confirms the proof.

• 🕒 Production Time:
  Once the design is approved, production will take 3–4 business days.

• 🚚 Delivery Timeline:
  Delivery will take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

• 🔁 Return Policy:
  Returns or reprints are only accepted if the final printed cards differ from the approved design.

• ❌ Non-returnable Conditions:

  • Minor color or size variations due to standard printing tolerances.

  • Errors in customer-submitted designs or content.

  • Delays caused by courier or external factors.
